In einem Interview nimmt die Intendantin des Rundfunks Berlin-Brandenburg, Dagmar Reim, Stellung zu aktuellen Fragen über die Auswirkungen der umfangreichen Medienberichterstattung anlässlich der Großereignisse Papsttod, Papstwahl und Papstbesuche in Deutschland, über die generelle Rolle von Religion in Fernsehen und Radio, über die Präsenz der Kirche und ihrer Vertreter im Rundfunk, über Wege der Vermittlung der Frohen Botschaft an Menschen, besonders an die Jugend, in säkularisierten Milieus und über den Qualitätsstand journalistischer Berichterstattung. Die Intendantin rät generell zu einer realistischen Betrachtung des Verhältnisses von Kirchen und elektronischen Medien, glaubt, dass die Kirche "anschlussfähig" für die Menschen ist, warnt jedoch vor Illusionen.

In an interview, the General Director of the German Network Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg, Dagmar Reim, answers questions concerning the effect of the media boom on the occasion of the daeth of the last pope and the visits of Benedict XVI. to Germany; concerning the general role of Religion in radio and TV and the presence of the Church and her representatives in the networks; concerning ways to reach out to people, especially young ones, living in a secularised society; concerning the necessary qualification of journalists. In general, the Director pleads for a realistic view on the relationship between the Church and the media. She is sure that the Church is highly qualified to address the people in modern society but also warns not to follow illusions in this respect.
