Kommunikationsebenen und -kanäle in der Gemeinde

Abstract

1. Vorbemerkung
Kommunikation ist konstutiv für alle sozialen Gebilde. Ohne Kommunikation sind ihre Elemente unverbunden, isoliert, bilden sie eine unstrukturierte Anhäufung. Aus
einer "Menge" von Menschen wird erst dann eine Gruppe, wenn zwischen den  Menschen Kommunikation abläuft. Das Vorhandensein von Kommunikation besagt noch nichts über die Art, den Inhalt der Beziehung: Die Kommunikationsteilnehmer können sowohl in einer positiven wie negativen Kommunikation zueinander stehen, z. B. erfährt man Haß und/oder Liebe nur durch Kommunikation. Auch die Häufigkeit bzw. die Dichte einer Kommunikation läßt keinen Hinweis auf die Qualität einer Beziehung zu, eine nur ab und zu gemachte Geste der Freundschaft vermag eine Paarbeziehung zu stärken und zu festigen, ein Ehekonflikt ist u. a. durch regelmäßige, langandauernde Querelen gekennzeichnet. There are two different concepts of the parish: the hierarchically organised unit as a service station with an authoritative flow of communication from top to bottom, and the parish where the many communicate with each other on the same level, with the parish priest as the spiritual centre. In the authoritative parish, communication between celebrant and people in celebrating the eucharist is reduced to a minimum. The participants among themselves do not communicate with each other (Tridentine rite). The renewal of the liturgy led to overcoming this situation. The liturgical celebration makes the reality of faith visible. Revelation means connotation in the communicative process, and what is believed becomes communicable through symbols. So long as faith as a reality does not become visible in the liturgy, the motivation for sharing on the part of the faithful diminishes. (...)
